He is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management and Indian Institute of Technology. Aamol has a proven track record of scaling businesses from scratch and accelerating growth and market penetration for banks. Aamol's career highlights include landing the largest cross-border acquisition finance deals, augmenting portfolio revenue, and on-boarding marquee accounts leveraging strong communication & analytical skills and acumen about prevalent economic/financial reforms as well as the latest issues and regulations in financial markets. He has expertise in strategic business development, strategic alliances and partnerships, growth initiatives and reforms, large deal execution, and profitable and productive business relationships building. Currently, Aamol is a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Citibank India. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business growth, strategic partnerships, key account management, process improvement, and people management. He emphasizes building and strengthening strategic partnerships and senior-level relationships with all major clients in North & East India. He engages at promoter/senior management as a 'Thought Partner" for clients to drive various strategic initiatives & growth plans, positioning Citibank as a preferred banker with them. In the past, Aamol has worked with Standard Chartered as an Associate Director, Local Corporates and with Citibank India as a Vice President, Corporate Banking. Over the tenure, he played a pivotal role in elevating business through on-boarding new relationships and strengthening existing corporate relationships for the bank across the North India region through higher product cross-sell and increased wallet share of the client. He holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. He completed his schooling until 12th from Delhi Public School, Haridwar.
